Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of SIA. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. Definitions and operator

"Service" / "SIA" — the Sports Intelligence Analytics website and application. "Operator" — the entity providing the Service, whose registration details appear at the top of this page and who is the data controller. "User" — anyone using the Service. "Account" — a registered user profile. "Plan" — a free or paid subscription tier. "Report" — an analysis generated by the AI Analyst. Contact: statnode.contact@gmail.com.

2. Scope of services

SIA provides, free of charge and without an account: sports schedules, results, standings, statistics, lineups and match pages across nine sports. With an account it additionally provides the AI Analyst — a workspace that turns questions into statistical reports and estimates. Football data is sourced from professional feeds; other content is representative placeholder data while full data feeds are integrated. No content constitutes betting, investment, financial or professional advice.

3. Technical requirements

To use the Service you need a device with internet access and a current version of a mainstream web browser with JavaScript and cookies/local storage enabled. The Service is provided over the public internet; the Operator is not responsible for interruptions caused by the User's equipment, connection or third-party infrastructure.

4. Prohibition of unlawful content

The User must not supply or transmit unlawful content through the Service, nor use it in a way that breaches the law, these Terms, or the rights of third parties.

5. Account and acceptance

An account is required to use the AI Analyst. Creating an account requires providing a valid email address and expressly accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy — acceptance is a condition of registration. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to hold an account and buy a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. One account per person; sharing an account to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.

6. Plans, billing and auto-renewal

The Free plan includes a monthly limit of AI analyses. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) raise the monthly limit for a recurring fee shown before purchase. A credit is consumed when a report is generated; the limit resets at the start of each billing month and unused analyses do not carry over. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled; payment is taken at the start of each period. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT where required.

7. Payments and the payment provider

Payments are handled by an external payment provider. Depending on the model, the provider may act as Merchant of Record (the reseller that concludes the sale and is responsible for tax and invoicing) or as a payment processor for the Operator. In either case the Operator never receives or stores your full card details, and the provider's terms also apply to the payment transaction. Invoices/receipts are issued by the party that is the seller of record.

8. Price changes

The Operator may change plan prices. Changes never affect a period already paid for. We will notify you by email before a change takes effect at your next renewal; if you do not accept the new price you may cancel before then, and the change will not apply.

9. Immediate access and waiver of withdrawal

Paid plans are digital services provided with immediate access. At purchase you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby waive and lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the service begins — so in practice you manage your subscription by cancelling it (section 10), and no separate withdrawal step applies. If you do not give that consent, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies and you may exercise it by contacting us; performance then starts after 14 days or on your explicit request. Details are in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

10. Cancelling a subscription

Distinct from withdrawal, you may cancel an ongoing subscription at any time — from your account settings or the payment provider's portal — with no cancellation fee and no reason required. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed afterwards. No account is deleted by cancelling; you keep the Free plan.

11. Refunds

Refund rules — including fairness refunds for duplicate charges, technical faults or charges after a timely cancellation — are set out in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Acceptable use — no resale or redistribution

The Service and its reports are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must NOT: (a) sell, resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise make available the reports, data or analyses to third parties for a fee or other consideration; (b) redistribute, publish or share the reports or data at scale, or build a competing or derivative product from them; (c) scrape, crawl, bulk-download or use automated means to extract data; (d) share your account or circumvent plan limits; (e) reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service. Occasional private sharing of a single report with an individual is permitted; systematic or paid redistribution is not.

13. Intellectual property

The Service design, interface, software, database and the reports generated for you belong to the Operator (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright and database rights. Your licence to use them is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable on breach. Club crests, league logos, competition names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; the Operator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any club, league or federation.

14. Data accuracy and no advice

We work to keep data accurate but do not guarantee its completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose; sports data providers occasionally issue corrections which propagate on refresh. Reports, estimates and predictions are statistical, informational content only — they are not betting tips, and not financial, investment or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decision made on their basis. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of the content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional fault or for mandatory consumer protections. The Service may change, be suspended or be temporarily unavailable as it evolves or for maintenance.

16. Complaints

You may file a complaint about the Service, your account or a payment by emailing statnode.contact@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We acknowledge and respond within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and may seek help from a local consumer authority.

17. Personal data

How the Operator processes personal data, the legal bases and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy, which you accept together with these Terms when creating an account.

18. Changes and governing law

The Operator may amend these Terms for legal, technical or business reasons; material changes are announced with a new effective date and, for account holders, by email, with a right to cancel before they take effect. These Terms are governed by Polish law and, where applicable, EU consumer law, without depriving consumers of protections mandatory in their country of residence.
