FAQ

Answers to the most common questions
General
What is SIA?

SIA (Sports Intelligence Analytics) is a sports statistics service: schedules, results, standings, lineups and in-depth match statistics across nine sports, plus an AI analyst that turns raw numbers into readable reports.

Which sports are covered?

Football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, baseball, handball, ice hockey, MMA and Formula 1 — each with sport-specific statistics, standings formats and match views.

Where does the data come from?

Football data is seeded from API-Football. The remaining content is representative placeholder data while the full multi-sport feed is being integrated — layouts, statistics and features work exactly as they will with live data.

Is SIA free?

Browsing schedules, results, standings and statistics is free. AI summaries are limited per month by plan — the free plan includes 10, and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) raise the quota. See the Pricing page for details.

AI Analyst
How do I use the AI Analyst?

Type a question into the bar at the bottom of the workspace — e.g. "Real Madrid corners last 5 matches" — and the analyst builds the whole pipeline for you. You can also build it by hand: double-click or right-click the canvas to add a node, or drag a wire from a node's port.

Can I compare two teams or players?

Yes — write the question with "vs" (e.g. "Arsenal vs Liverpool goals 30 days") or connect two subject nodes on the canvas; a head-to-head node is created automatically.

What ranges and filters are available?

The range node counts by matches, days or months, and can be narrowed to one competition. Team sports add a home/away filter; tennis adds a court-surface filter (hard, clay, grass).

Why does the AI Analyst need an account, and how is usage counted?

The AI Analyst is metered per plan: generating a report uses one credit (Free includes a monthly allowance; paid plans raise it). Tweaking the range or filters of the same question is free exploration — only a new analysis (different subject or statistic) uses a credit. Browsing schedules, results and statistics stays free and needs no account.

Account & plans
How do I change my plan?

Sign in, open the account menu in the top-right corner and go to Billing — or pick a plan directly on the Pricing page.

How do favorites work?

Click the star on any league, team or match to pin it to your favorites strip on the home page. Favorites are stored in your browser.

How do I change the language or theme?

Click the gear icon in the header — the panel holds the language switch (EN/PL) and five appearance themes (Chrome, Aurora Pulse, Neon, Gold, Arctic).

Payments, subscription & cancellation
How do I cancel my subscription?

Any time, with no fee and no reason needed — from your account settings or the payment provider's portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free. Your account is not deleted.

What's the difference between cancelling and withdrawing?

Cancelling ends an ongoing subscription for the future (current period runs out, no renewal). Withdrawal is your 14-day right to reverse a purchase you just made, as an EU consumer — see the Refund & Withdrawal Policy. For digital services you can waive the 14 days at checkout to get immediate access.

Will I be charged automatically?

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We email you before any price change so you can cancel first if you don't accept it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes in fairness cases — a duplicate/accidental charge, a technical fault, or a charge after a timely cancellation. Contact support with your account email and the charge date. Full rules are in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

Who handles the payment and my card data?

An external payment provider processes payments and issues the invoice/receipt. We never receive or store your full card details.

Data, privacy & account
Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, any time — from account settings or by emailing support. We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except billing records the law requires us to keep. See the Privacy Policy for your full GDPR rights.

Can I resell or share the reports?

The reports are for your personal, non-commercial use. Selling, paid redistribution, or publishing/sharing them at scale is not allowed. Occasionally showing a single report to one person is fine.

Data & troubleshooting
I found a wrong result or statistic.

Please report it through the Support page or email statnode.contact@gmail.com — include the match link and what looks wrong. We verify every report.

Can I export a match to my calendar?

Yes — every league page has an "Add to calendar" button that downloads an ICS file with the upcoming fixtures.

Where can I check what a statistic means?

The Stats glossary explains every metric per sport — from xG and BTTS to set ratio, OTL and significant strikes.
